What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Personal checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express

Do you offer full bar service, and do you provide wait staff and bartenders for off premise catering? Yes, the cost of bringing a full bar or partial bar depends on your needs. Uniformed wait staff and bartenders are available for $19 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Gratuity is left to the discretion of the client. 

Do you charge a gratuity on the bill?
No, we leave that to the discretion of the client for off premise catering. A $30-60 per staff member or a percentage of the bill is customary. For on premise catering there is no service charge. Gratuity off 18% will be added to your bill

How is the charge for labor and delivery figured for off premise catering?
A 20% service charge is included on all non-drop off buffets and plated dinners. Service charge includes, delivery, set up and maintain buffet, clean-up and break down. If outside the greater Port Angles, Sequim area, an additional travel charge may apply.


Rentals
We can provide all linens, china, glassware and flatware. Price subject to your needs but usually runs between $4.5 and $5.5 per person

If you want us to provide disposable environmentally friendly service-ware 
add $1 per person


How close to the event does the menu, deposit and guest count need to finalized?
For large groups menus worked out as soon as possible. Normally at least 2 weeks before the event. Our Summer weekends book up months in advance. As soon as deposit is received your function is booked. Initial deposit becomes nonrefundable 30 days prior to your event. Final guest count to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable 7 days before your event.
